The old way

The Contractor's Lead Bottleneck

PREMIER MOTION MEDIA • PREMIER MOTION MEDIA • PREMIER MOTION MEDIA • PREMIER MOTION MEDIA •

Most contractors are stuck burning money on traditional marketing that fails to drive actual jobs. Between missed phone calls while you're on site, slow follow up times, and fragmented local ad campaigns, quality leads slip through the cracks every single day

Every delayed response could mean another high paying job goes straight to your competitor. You're left funding empty promises and generic social media posts instead of a predictable, automated revenue engine

Missed calls
You're on a roof or under a sink, the phone rings out, and the caller dials the next company.
Quotes that go quiet
Estimates go out and nobody follows up, so a ready to buy customer drifts away.
Ads you can't trace
Money goes into marketing, but you can't tell which dollars bring in jobs.

Every missed call is a job someone else gets

SO why do contractors still lose jobs they should have won?

The ad isn't the problem, what

happens after the click is.

PREMIER MOTION MEDIA • PREMIER MOTION MEDIA • PREMIER MOTION MEDIA • PREMIER MOTION MEDIA •

Most contractors don’t have a lead problem. They have a leak problem. The phone rings while you’re on a job. The quote goes out and nobody follows up. The ad budget goes in and nobody can say what it brought back.

Buying more leads on a bad system just means Paying to lose more of them

we built a system that plugs the leaks, from ad click to booked job

how it works

one system, from ad click to booked job

Ads, a website, and automatic follow up, built to work together so fewer leads slip away.

STEP 1

ADS THAT BRING IN CALLS

Local ads aimed at customers in your service area, with video and images made for your trade. Campaigns are built around the jobs you want most, with different creative tested to see what gets the phone ringing. Every call and form is tracked, so you can see where your leads come from.

02. Ad creativeVideo and image variations
03. TrackingCalls and forms measured
  • Campaigns built around the jobs you want most

  • Creative that looks like your business, not a template

  • Clear reporting on leads and cost per lead

step 2

A WEBSITE THAT TURNS VISITORS INTO LEADS

A website shouldn’t just look good, it should work like a funnel. Yours is fast, mobile friendly, and built to move every visitor toward one clear next step: tap to call, request a quote, or book a time. Each lead goes straight into your follow-up system, so nobody who reaches out gets lost.

  • Easy for customers to call or ask for a quote

  • Looks professional next to the biggest competitors

  • Built to show you which visitors become leads

step 3

FOLLOW UPS THAT BOOK THE JOB

Automatic replies and reminders so leads don’t go cold. When you miss a call, the customer gets a text right away. When a quote goes unanswered, a friendly follow-up goes out a few days later. After the job, a simple message asks for a review, so you keep more of the work you’ve already paid to get.

Follow-up messages
Example
Missed callInstant reply
Sorry we missed your call! What can we help with? You can also pick a time here.
Quote sentA few days later
Hi, just checking in on the quote we sent. Happy to answer any questions.

Thanks for choosing us! Would you mind leaving a quick review?
  • No lead goes cold after a missed call

  • Quotes get a friendly nudge instead of silence

  • Happy customers are asked for a review

what the research says

Speed Decides Who Gets The Job

What research on lead response time shows. The faster a business follows up, the more likely a lead turns into a conversation

0%
OF DEALS GO TO FIRST BUSINESS TO RESPOND*

Industry sources often report that most jobs go to whoever answers first. Fast follow up decides who gets the call back.

0X
MORE LIKELY TO REACH A LEAD

Following up within 5 minutes instead of 30 made it far more likely the customer actually picks up

0X
MORE LIKELY TO QUALIFY A LEAD

That same 5 minute follow up made a lead far more likely to turn into a real conversation about the job.

At the example job value above, a single call you would have missed covers the $750 monthly fee.

No long term contract, so you can see what the system does before you commit.

questions

Common Inquiries

Straight answers about how it works, what it costs, and what to expect

What do I get each month?

One system, managed for you: local ad campaigns with video and image creative, landing pages built for each campaign, a website with click to call and quote forms, a CRM that keeps every lead, call, and message in one place, as well as writing email/text message campaigns that keep your business in front of past customers. It also includes automatic follow ups for unanswered quotes and missed calls, plus a monthly analytics report showing your calls, leads, and bookings.

Who pays for ads?

You do, directly to the ad platform, so you always control your budget and can see where it goes. Our monthly fee covers building and managing the system. On our first call, we’ll recommend a starting ad budget for your trade and area.

How soon will I see results?

It depends on your area, your trade, your budget, and how quickly you respond to leads. Follow ups can start catching missed calls as soon as it’s live, while ads usually need a few weeks of testing before we know what works best. We can’t promise a set number of leads or jobs, but you’ll get a monthly report that shows exactly what came in.

Do I own my customer lists and accounts?

Yes. Your leads, customer list, and ad accounts belong to you. If you ever leave, we’ll export your contacts and help you hand off your accounts.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. It’s month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

What do you need to get started?

A quick call to learn about your business, your logo and any photos or videos of your work, and access to your business listings and phone setup. We handle the rest.

Will you text my customers?

Only people who’ve contacted you or agreed to receive messages, and every text includes a way to opt out. We set up the wording with you before anything goes live.
